Qualifications

• Experience in an analytical, commercial analytics, or performance-focused role with a strong ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills for reports and KPI tracking.
• Experience analysing customer segments and performance to improve outcomes.
• Working knowledge of SQL highly regarded.
• Tertiary qualifications in business/finance/math/CS or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyse commercial and customer performance data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and updates tracking key metrics.
• Lead customer profiling, segmentation, and portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve insights and Salesforce reporting.
• Present findings to leaders in business reviews and updates.
