Job summary

PUMA is seeking a commercially savvy Retail Support Analyst to join our Retail Operations team in Melbourne, VIC. This role blends analytics, retail operations and stakeholder management to improve store network performance across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will turn data into actionable insights, partnering with leaders to drive improvements in store performance, inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in retail, retail operations or a similar analytical support role.
• Strong understanding of retail store operations and performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, conversion, productivity and operational performance data.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports and performance tracking tools.
• Identify key trends, risks and performance gaps.
• Deliver actionable insights that support commercial decision-making.
• Present performance updates and recommendations to retail leadership.
• Support inventory accuracy initiatives and stocktake remediation programs.
