Reporting to the Technology Commercial Manager, you will support financial management, procurement, contract administration and vendor governance across a diverse portfolio of technology platforms, software, hardware and services.

In this role, you will:
Monitor technology expenditure and support cost analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Coordinate procurement activities for software, hardware and professional services.
Review procurement documentation and ensure compliance with CSPD policies and processes.
Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate invoice receipting.
Administer technology contracts, licences and supplier agreements.
Maintain accurate contract and procurement records.
Interpret and communicate contract terms, obligations and requirements.
Identify commercial risks and support contract compliance.
Contribute to vendor performance and supplier relationship management.
Support the continuous improvement of procurement and contract management practices.
Build effective relationships with stakeholders, technology teams and suppliers.
You will bring:
Experience in procurement, commercial services, finance, contract administration or vendor management.
Knowledge of procurement processes and governance requirements.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting or financial reporting.
Experience supporting contracts, supplier agreements or software licences.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to manage competing priorities within a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
A willingness to support the mission and ethos of Catholic education.
Experience within a technology, ICT or digital services environment will be highly regarded.
