Qualifications

• Be an Australian citizen.
• Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one.
• Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract creation, execution and analysis, ensuring obligations are met and performance is measured against agreed KPIs.
• Identify commercial, financial and operational risks and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
• Monitor contract performance, challenge underperformance and implement corrective actions.
• Address compliance failures, apply contract terms appropriately and support the remediation of breaches.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual changes, negotiate variations and obtain required authorisations.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to support effective contract management and stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and implement change management protocols, benchmarking and review processes to improve efficiency and contract performance.
