Job summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the site's commercial, procurement, contract management, finance, and business performance functions in a large-scale Darwin-northern Territory operation. This permanent FIFO role reports to the Vice President Operations and drives strategic decision-making, risk management, and value creation across the site.

• Strong experience in commercial management, procurement, contracts, and business performance.

• Experience within mining, resources, energy, infrastructure, construction, or other large operational environments will be highly regarded.

Your new company Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the leadership team of a large-scale resources operation in the Northern Territory. This permanent FIFO opportunity offers a 4 days on, 3 days off roster from Darwin and plays a critical role in driving the site's commercial performance, governance, and operational success.

Your new role Reporting to the Vice President Operations, the Manager Commercial is responsible for leading the site's commercial, procurement, contract management, finance, and business performance functions. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will partner closely with senior operational leaders to support strategic decision-making, maximise commercial value, manage risk, and identify opportunities to improve overall business performance.

The role also provides leadership across the Supply, Warehouse, and Finance teams, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and effective operational support.

Key Responsibilities
