D&S Resources is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our South Australian team on a casual, part-time basis (2–3 days per week). You will work with Directors and Operations to manage contracts, tenders, and commercial performance across mining projects.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team and support the commercial success of our projects. Working closely with the Directors and Operations team, you will oversee contract management, provide commercial advice and contribute to business growth.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working across contracts, tenders, commercial performance and client relationships.
This is a casual position offering 2–3 days per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business grows.
Manage commercial aspects of projects from tender through to completion.
Prepare, review and administer commercial contracts.
Support contract negotiations and manage variations and claims.
Monitor project commercial performance, including budgets and forecasting.
Identify commercial risks and recommend practical solutions.
Support tender submissions and pricing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with Operations and Finance to achieve successful project outcomes.
To be successful, you will have:
Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial, contracts or project management role within mining, engineering, construction or a related industry.
Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
Sound commercial and financial understanding.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
A proactive and practical approach to problem‑solving.
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
