About Space is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to grow our lighting solutions across NSW, working with architects, designers, builders and developers. You will identify opportunities, engage stakeholders, and guide projects from specification through to quotation and delivery, building long-term client relationships and delivering profitable outcomes.

You will collaborate with our design, sourcing, estimating, manufacturing, logistics and operations teams to ensure successful

Qualifications

At least four years of experience in business development, specification sales or account management.
Experience within lighting, architecture and design, interiors, construction, electrical, furniture or related building sectors.

Responsibilities

Developing new business across NSW architecture, design, construction and development markets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, builders, developers, contractors, wholesalers and other project stakeholders.
Identifying project, specification, partnership and strategic account opportunities.
Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients.
Working with clients to develop lighting solutions that balance design intent, technical requirements, budget, margin and lead times.
Collaborating with design, sourcing, estimating, manufacturing, logistics and operations teams to deliver project outcomes and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
