Amida Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Lead / Associate Director in NSW to lead forecasting, cost breakdowns, and scope definition for a major infrastructure project in Cooma. The role supports project leadership with specialist input on financial and contractual matters, with accommodation provided and a 12-month+ contract.

Ideal candidates bring 10–20+ years in head contracting or consultancy, forensic cost analysis, and strong communication skills to drive value across civil packages.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering
• Experience with large-scale civil or infrastructure projects
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a small team

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed cost forecasting, budgeting, and rate analysis
• Review drawings, forecasts and project documentation to refine scope
• Assist in defining, refining, and validating project scope
• Prepare and manage variations, progress claims and contracts
• Provide financial and contractual advice to project stakeholders
• Participate in forensic cost reviews and risk assessments
• Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and commercial managers
• Analyse drawings and scope to produce accurate forecasts
