ATB Morton seeks a Commercial/Industrial Site Supervisor to lead projects between Taree and Port Macquarie. Qualifications

• Experience supervising industrial and commercial construction sites.
• Knowledge of WHS procedures and site safety standards.
• Commitment to HSE and quality management.
• Ability to read plans and interpret construction documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the construction team, including subcontractors and trades
• Planning and management of project time schedules and deadlines
• Ensure WHS compliance, regulations, codes of practice and site inductions
• Quality assurance of work
• Implementing and administering efficient and effective building management strategies
• Take initiative and manage the day to day operations on site
• Read, understand and interpret construction and project plans
• Address design and construction issues that arise on site
• Inspect work to ensure it meets plans and relevant building codes
