Job summary

SEEK site supervisor role in Blacktown, NSW, overseeing a $10M commercial project from inception to handover. You will lead on-site activities, coordinate trades, read plans, and ensure WH&S compliance under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager.

SEEK requires a carpentry background or a Construction Management Degree, at least 10 years of site supervision experience, and strong Procore-based document control and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Carpentry background or Construction Management Degree.
• 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor.
• Commercial or Industrial new build experience.
• Good management skills with the ability to motivate and drive.
• Excellent Document Control skills with Procore.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities: site set out, reading plans, coordinating trades, ordering materials and ensuring WH&S standards.
• Be responsible for site performance and delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Deliver a $10M commercial project from start to completion.
