Job summary

Williams River Steel in Port Macquarie is seeking a Site Supervisor on a contract basis for immediate start. You will oversee commercial construction turnkey projects, manage subcontractors, and maintain site programs on the mid north coast.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, a White Card, and strong WHS knowledge. You’ll be hands-on on site and coordinate trades and deliveries with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in commercial construction turnkey projects.
• Experience in structural steel and precast concrete panels.
• Current valid White Card.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of WHS requirements.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Direct report to Mid North Coast - Branch Manager.
• Management of subcontractors on site.
• Maintain program and site management.
• Be willing to be hands-on when required.
• Act as the first point of contact on site for contractors and consultants.
• Maintain an accurate site diary and reporting.
• Manage WHS meetings and toolbox talks and site requirements.
• Oversee trades and coordinate material deliveries to site.
