Job summary

Morton Building & Construction Pty Limited in Scone, NSW is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for a 6-month contract with an immediate start on a new project. You will lead daily site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure work progresses on time while meeting quality and safety standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of commercial construction supervision, a current White Card and a valid Class C licence, with occasional travel or stays away from home as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' demonstrable experience supervising commercial construction projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current Class C driver's licence.
• Current WHS General Construction Induction Card (White Card).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily site operations with hands-on leadership.
• Own projects from start to finish and drive delivery.
• Be the main day-to-day contact for site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, plant, materials and deliveries.
• Plan ahead to keep works on schedule and ensure resources are available.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship.
• Assist with project schedules, programs and site documentation.
• Collaborate with management and project teams to deliver projects.
