Job summary

Eucalyptus is building a strong Australian commercial leadership team to own our growth, pricing and partnerships. This Head of Commercial role reports to the GM Australia and partners with Growth, Product, Operations, Clinical and Finance to steer investments and drive profitability.

You will develop the commercial model, run planning and forecasting, and translate insights into actionable strategies that improve retention, pricing and margins across our Australian business.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in a highly analytical environment.
• Proven track record solving ambiguous commercial problems.
• Strong ability to build and interrogate financial models.
• Deep understanding of high-growth consumer economics (CAC, LTV, retention).
• Experience aligning finance with business strategy.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own our commercial performance and reporting across revenue, acquisition, retention and margins.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling for Australia.
• Guide investment decisions with leadership to allocate resources.
• Own unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback and margins.
• Improve growth and profitability through pricing, retention and packaging.
• Evaluate new opportunities and partnerships and negotiate with key suppliers.
• Own cross-functional problems and drive resolution.
• Build the commercial function to support a larger Australian business.
