Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a driven analyst-operator hybrid in Australia to join the Office of the CEO. You will sit close to leadership, turning strategy into execution across Growth, Product, Legal, and Finance.

You’ll help run the weekly operating rhythm, develop foundational analyses, and craft compelling narratives that inform global decisions. Expect intense collaboration across time zones and ambitious impact.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in a high-pressure environment (consulting, investment banking, or operator in high-growth startup).
Judgement under ambiguity: research market, assess unit economics, and WYNTB to decide go/no-go.
Strong writing: produce tight theses and executive-ready slides.
Commercial modelling: build and defend market sizing, CAC, LTV, and payback analyses.
AI & data: leverage AI tools; self-serve with Sigma for workflows.
Project management: run cross-functional workstreams with accountability.

Responsibilities

Produce the operating weekly view of the business across markets with reconciled revenue, spend, and cohort data.
Help run the operating rhythm of the leadership team: weekly reviews, exec meetings, all-hands, and offsites.
Build analysis behind major decisions: FP&A forecasts, cohort analyses, stage-gate plans, external data on competitors.
Write the company narratives used in all-hands and internal communications.
Lead and coordinate change initiatives for Global Growth, integration workstreams, and equity/payment models arising from the transaction with Hims & Hers.
