Job summary

Eucalyptus AU is seeking a Procurement Lead to own sourcing, supplier management, and category strategy as we scale post-acquisition and integrate the Hims & Hers portfolio into the Australian market. You will design category strategies, manage supplier performance, and collaborate with Commercial and Clinical to launch new product lines.

This senior IC role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and will shape S&OP cadence, landed costs, and compliance across regulatory requirements including

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally in regulated consumer goods.
• Proven commercial negotiator with category strategy delivery.
• Experience running supplier QBRs and driving performance improvements.
• Familiarity with Australian import, labeling, and regulatory requirements (TGA/ARTG desirable).
• Ability to design frameworks in partnership with Legal and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build the category strategy in partnership with Commercial and translate it into sourcing and negotiation levers.
• Kick-start an initial S&OP cadence anchored on supplier performance and cost/margin tracking.
• Own supplier performance and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic suppliers.
• Lead procurement for new product lines, including onboarding and launch stock planning.
• Design and manage supply risk framework and current landed cost at SKU level.
• Develop contracting standards with Legal and Compliance and ensure ARTG compliance.
• Coach junior team members and raise procurement standards.
