Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive, highly organised Commercial Operations & Accreditation Coordinator to support our national team of State Commercial Specialists within the LMG aggregation network.

As our specialist team drives commercial finance growth across Australia, you will be the operational backbone—streamlining accreditation workflows, assisting with planning and delivery of commercial events , and coordinating training pathways for our broker network. This role is pivotal in removing administrative friction, acting as the primary hub for lender/broker interactions, and ensuring our specialists can focus on strategic relationships and high-value broker coaching & support.

This role is only available to candidates in Sydney, NSW.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Accreditation & Broker Onboarding Management

• Lender & Aggregator Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact connecting brokers, internal LMG accreditation teams, and commercial lender panel representatives. Build strong relationships with LMG & lender accreditation teams to expedite file approvals.
• Workflow & Process Optimisation: Actively map and refine accreditation processes to eliminate bottlenecks, cut turnaround times, and establish clear, easy-to-follow steps for brokers seeking commercial accreditations.
• Deal Appropriateness & Routing: Evaluate initial deal parameters to determine broker capability and lender fit, guiding standard deals to appropriate lenders while escalating complex or high-value transactions directly to the relevant State Commercial Specialist.

3. Event Management

• Event Logistics & Coordination (National, State & Local):
  • Support the Head of Commercial Lender Partnerships in coordination of all national commercial training events. Including assisting to manage event admin including calendar invites, attendee registrations, venue/catering bookings for face-to-face sessions, tech setups (Zoom/Teams), and lender sponsor logistics.
  • Support Commercial State Specialists with state based events, ranging from workshops and local broker catch-ups/roundtables.
  • Assist with travel bookings and arrangements for the team.

4. General Team & Operational Admin Support

• Team Administrative Assistance: Provide comprehensive daily admin support to the national team of State Commercial Specialists.
• Reporting & Analytics Support: Assist in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports, accreditation volume tracking, and lender updates for internal leadership.
• Document & Knowledge Base Management: Keep team templates, commercial resource libraries, and lender contact lists up to date.

Skills & Qualifications -

• Industry Experience: 2+ years preferred
• Event & Project Management: Proven ability to coordinate online and in-person events
• Communication & Relationship Skills: High-level written and verbal communication skills; comfortable acting as a firm, clear, and professional liaison between brokers and lender BDMs.
• Digital Adaptability: Fast learner with a proven ability to adopt internal platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MyCRM), and modern AI productivity tools to streamline workflows.
