Job summary

Ray White is seeking a proactive Commercial Operations & Accreditation Coordinator to support our national team of State Commercial Specialists within the LMG aggregation network. You will streamline accreditation workflows, assist in planning and delivering commercial events, and coordinate training pathways for our broker network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in events or commercial coordination.
• Proven ability to coordinate online and in-person events.
• Strong written and verbal communication; liaison between brokers and lenders.
• Proficient with CRM systems and AI productivity tools to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Accreditation & Broker Onboarding Management: serve as central liaison between brokers, accreditation teams and lenders.
• Workflow & Process Optimisation: map and refine accreditation processes to reduce bottlenecks and turnaround times.
• Deal Appropriateness & Routing: evaluate deals for broker capability and lender fit, escalating high-value cases.
• Event Logistics & Coordination: support national and state events, manage invites, registrations, venues, tech setups and sponsor logistics.
• General Team & Operational Admin Support: provide daily admin support, reporting, and knowledge-base maintenance.
