Job summary

Ray White is seeking a Commercial Finance Specialist to support the Group Executive in implementing the LMG commercial strategy across Adelaide or Melbourne. You will provide dedicated commercial finance expertise to brokers, drive platform and technology solutions, and expand lender support while enabling growth across all broker brands.

• Significant experience in commercial financial services across relationship models and third-party distribution.
• Leadership and coaching with business acumen.
• Proven ability to influence a diverse range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implement the LMG commercial finance strategy and broker enablement across the network.
• Deliver the education pathway and professional development programs for our brokers and staff.
• Support recruitment of commercial finance focused business across the LMG.
• Collaborate with Partnership Managers/BSMs to coach brokers in Commercial Finance.
• Engage brokers to identify best solutions to grow capabilities around Commercial Finance.
• Arrange and facilitate training in small and large group sessions.
• Promote and support Group endorsed referral programs and related activities.
• Train and support for our technology solutions across Commercial Finance (Mycrm).
• Engage with CAFBA and lender panels to stay abreast of lender solutions.
• Deliver communications to broker business owners focused on commercial and asset finance.
• Workshop deals/scenarios with brokers to provide commercial expertise and lender insights.
• Demonstrate Mycrm capabilities and benefits to brokers and stakeholders.
