Responsibilities

• Own the Australian Commercial Strategy and roadmap for Australia, with accountability for market share, active customers, trading volume, revenue and brand recognition.
• Identify high-impact growth opportunities across customer segments, products, channels and partnerships with local insights.
• Establish commercial priorities, KPIs and operating rhythms, reviewing performance and reallocating resources to top opportunities.
