Job summary

AkzoNobel ANZ is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Coordinator to join our team. You will support the sales groups, maintain CRM data, and drive end-to-end order processes with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will develop and deliver regular sales reports, identify stock and forecasting issues, and coordinate export orders while collaborating with multiple internal teams. Immediate start preferred and a proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills with strong Excel knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness, including user access administration and report creation.
• Develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports across states, distributors, and product categories.
• Build reporting systems and work closely with state sales managers on budget monitoring and performance tracking.
• Identify critical supply shortages or overstock (SLOB) items and provide feedback for demand planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate export orders and container movements for New Zealand customers; manage internal commercial installation orders and liaise with customers, distributors, warehouses, purchasing, and freight partners.
• Support customer service and sales teams with troubleshooting on orders, lead times, logistics issues, and related enquiries.
• Issue invoices, process credits, prepare account statements, and monitor monthly billing reports for central billing customers.
• Provide general administrative support to the commercial team as required.
