You'll partner with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Leadership to analyse customer, market and sales information, develop KPIs, and support territory planning, targeting and resource allocation. The role emphasises dashboards, automation and self-service reporting to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence or Commercial Analytics.
• Healthcare or FMCG experience essential.
• Strong capability in developing commercially relevant KPIs and performance measures.
• Proven ability to identify business improvement and growth opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Confident presenting complex findings clearly and commercially.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Salesforce and advanced Excel.
