Job summary

FourQuarters Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support commercial strategy and decision-making across Operations and Corporate functions.

You will deliver reports, assist budgeting and forecasting, and develop KPI dashboards while partnering with key stakeholders to drive improvements in a multi-site healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualification or in progress.
• 4–5 years in Commercial Finance or similar.
• Healthcare or multi-site service experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data viz skills (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver periodic reports and provide detailed commercial analysis on key metrics.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide KPI and dashboard reporting to the business and decision support.
• Partner with operational stakeholders on commercial initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement projects.

The Role

Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will take on a broad range of responsibilities that will contribute to commercial strategy and decision support across Operations, Service Delivery and Corporate Support functions. Duties of the role will include, but not be limited to:

• Delivery of periodic reporting and providing detailed commercial analysis on key business metrics
• Assisting with budgeting/ forecasting processes
• KPI and dashboard reporting to the wider business, outlining key performance drivers and providing commercial decision support across service delivery and operational teams
• Business partnering with key operational stakeholders
• Play an active role in process improvement projects

About you:

• CA/ CPA qualified (or studying towards)
• 4 - 5 years experience working in a Commercial Finance type role
• Experience in healthcare, health services or other multi-site service-led environments will be held in high regard
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills in addition to experience using Data Visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders of varying seniority across clinical, operational and corporate functions
• Strong time management skills and an agile mindset
