You will turn sales and activity data into actionable insights, support strategy discussions, and guide Regional Growth Analysts to ensure consistent reporting and data quality.

The role emphasizes executive storytelling, scenario planning and building a coherent growth performance framework across regions and teams. Strong statistical and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Quantitative degree at minimum level; postgraduate preferred.
• 3+ years in commercial analytics; experience turning data into decisions is a plus.
• Proficient in BI tools and multiple data sources reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial intelligence for Growth by analyzing sales, activity and performance data.
• Provide strategic decision support to Head of Growth and Growth Manco with concise insights.
• Maintain growth framework and performance measures across regions and teams.
• Coach Regional Growth Analysts and ensure data quality and consistency.
