Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial analysis across multiple locations to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Support the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with operational and financial goals.
• Conduct feasibility analysis on new locations, assessing revenue potential, costs and margins.
• Provide financial reporting including month end, forecasting and variance analysis, translating results into clear commercial insights.
• Partner with the commercial team on yield and pricing analysis to optimise revenue and site performance.
• Assist with capital expenditure submissions and business cases for new initiatives.
• Undertake ad hoc financial modelling and scenario analysis to support commercial decision making.
• Support innovation and transformation projects, including improvements to reporting processes.
