Qualifications

• Proven experience as Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Supply Chain environments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Include

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, Key responsibilities for the role include;

• Analyse sales trends, operational performance, and supply chain efficiencies to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimisation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and financial models to track KPIs and key business metrics.
• Provide forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support commercial planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve demand planning, inventory management, and overall supply chain effectiveness.
• Support pricing strategies and commercial initiatives with detailed financial analysis.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide actionable recommendations.

The successful applicant will have experience with some or all of the below

• Proven experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst, or similar role, ideally within an FMCG, Retail, or Supply Chain environment.
• Power BI skills.
• SAP Experience
