This Senior Commercial Analyst will sit within the Commercial Strategy function, supporting the Enterprise Accounts team across multiple healthcare technology portfolios. Working at the intersection of Sales and Finance, you will provide the financial modelling, commercial insights and analytical tools required to support major customer agreements and strategic sales decisions.
This is not a traditional finance role. With business partnering accounting for approximately 70 to 80 percent of the position, you will work closely with Sales and senior non-finance stakeholders to structure commercial deals, assess profitability and monitor contract performance. From analysing large datasets and developing KPI reporting to supporting major customer reviews and contract renewals, you will turn complex information into clear recommendations that improve commercial outcomes.
You are an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst with strong deal-structuring, financial-modelling and commercial business-partnering experience. With advanced Excel skills and a robust financial analytics background, you are confident working with large datasets and can translate complex information into clear commercial recommendations. You understand how to assess the profitability and viability of sales deals and can build meaningful KPIs to monitor customer and contract performance.
You are a proactive and confident communicator who builds credibility with Sales and senior non-finance stakeholders. Comfortable working within a large and complex organisation, you thrive in an agile environment where priorities can change quickly. Experience within medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceuticals will be highly regarded but is not essential. Exposure to Power BI, Snowflake, SAP, Salesforce or AI-enabled analytics will also be advantageous.
This is an opportunity to join a close-knit and collaborative commercial team within a global healthcare technology leader. You will work alongside commercially minded professionals who value initiative, teamwork and practical problem solving while gaining exposure to strategic customers and high-impact commercial decisions. The role offers hybrid working, strong wellbeing benefits and the opportunity to develop into a more customer-facing position over time.
