The role requires a registered, experienced educator with strong operational and learning governance knowledge to ensure timetabling across the College is accurate and strategic.

The Timetabler works with Heads of School, Leaders of Learning and Teaching, and the Operations Team to optimise staffing, resources, and student outcomes while meeting regulatory requirements

Qualifikationen

• Registered and experienced teacher with understanding of school operations, learning and teaching administration.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Heads of School, Leaders of Learning and Teaching, and Operations team.
• Experience in timetabling and educational regulatory requirements is preferred.

• Daily management of staff absences and replacement arrangements.
• Student data management, subject selection and statistical reporting.
• Preparation and communication of supervision and duty rosters.

• Supporting regulatory compliance and child safety requirements.
• Collaborative planning to optimise learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Training and/or experience in timetabling at a school will be considered preferably.

About The Opportunity

The College Timetabler (Teaching) is a registered and experienced teacher with an understanding of school operations, learning and teaching administration, and regulatory requirements. This role works collaboratively with Heads of School, Leaders of Learning and Teaching, Learning Area Coordinators and the Operations Team to ensure accurate, efficient and strategic timetabling across the College.

Key Areas Of Responsibility Include

• Construction and maintenance of the College timetable


• Strategic allocation of staffing and physical resources


• Daily management of staff absences and replacement arrangements


• Student data management, subject selection and statistical reporting


• Preparation and communication of supervision and duty rosters


• Monitoring workload allocation and identifying operational risks


• Supporting regulatory compliance and child safety requirements


• Collaborative planning to optimise learning outcomes and operational efficiency


• Training and/or experience in timetabling at a school will be considered preferably.

What We Offer

• Permanent full-time teaching position with a three-year leadership appointment as College Timetabler (Teaching)


• Additional PAR allowance of approximately $8,452 gross per annum ($8,816 from July 2027)


• 0.6 FTE allocation for timetabling responsibilities


• Competitive remuneration package, including 6 weeks annual leave, with a salary range of $95,551 to $137,031 gross per annum
