Qualifications

• Experience in collections, credit or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to handle challenging conversations with confidence and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active portfolio of accounts across the collections lifecycle.
• Speak with customers by phone and in writing to negotiate appropriate repayment arrangements.
• Understand individual customer circumstances and use sound judgement to achieve fair and practical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant records of customer interactions and account activity.
• Work towards clear daily and weekly performance targets as part of a supportive team.
