Job summary

AustraCold is seeking a Cold Storage Admin & Customer Service Support professional for a full-time role in Tottenham, VIC. You will act as the vital link between customers and our cold storage facility operations, handling admin tasks and customer inquiries to ensure smooth warehousing and distribution processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role (warehousing/logistics preferred).
• Strong organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with warehouse/order management software; Carton Cloud is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in person with prompt, professional responses.
• Maintain accurate records of cold storage orders, shipments and inventory.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely pick, pack and dispatch.
• Update customer databases and order management systems with correct information.
• Prepare and support invoices, delivery dockets and other admin documentation.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional, efficient manner.
• Assist with general admin duties including filing, data entry and reporting.
• Support cold chain logistics coordination to maintain product integrity and compliance.
