Job summary

Sherridon Homes, part of Mirrastone, is seeking two experienced Site Managers in Colac to lead residential builds. You will manage the whole construction process, coordinate trades, and ensure safety and quality across the project.

A strong regional network and proven volume-build capabilities are highly valued. Based in Colac, you will oversee multiple sites, maintain client communications, and drive on-time delivery with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Be based in Colac or nearby; established relationships across the region and trades.
• Previous site management experience in volume residential construction.
• Strong understanding of the residential building process.
• Ability to manage multiple builds at different construction stages.
• Strong planning, organisation and problem solving skills.
• Genuine focus on quality and customer service.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a broader team.
• Motivated, accountable and positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Managing the construction process from start to finish.
• Scheduling and coordinating trades and subcontractors.
• Ensuring OH&S requirements are met across sites.
• Maintaining quality standards at every construction stage.
• Delivering homes within agreed construction timeframes.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing excellent service.
• Monitoring and managing ETS budgets.
• Building strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams.
• Identifying and resolving site issues before they impact the build.
