Job summary

Sherridon Homes, part of the Mirrastone Group, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead our Bendigo region. You will guide Site Managers, manage build programs and ensure homes are delivered to high standards while meeting budget and timelines.

You will be the visible leader for construction, removing roadblocks and ensuring teams have the trades and resources needed to perform at their best, with ongoing regional leadership support.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential construction teams.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S obligations and building regulations.
• Budget management and forecasting within regional programs.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule and allocate site resources.
• Strong relationships with trades, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of Site Managers across the Bendigo region.
• Oversee construction performance from site start through to handover.
• Manage build programs, construction timeframes, workflow and site allocations.
• Monitor revenue targets, forecasts, workloads and regional capacity.
• Ensure homes are delivered to quality standards and within budget.
• Drive compliance with OH&S requirements, building regulations and company procedures.
• Regular site inspections and support Site Managers in resolving issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with trades, suppliers and internal departments.
