VMCH is seeking a Coffee Van Cafe All Rounder / Disability Support Worker in Kensington and on the Mobile Coffee Van. You will provide high‑quality support to participants, coaching hospitality skills and confidence while delivering great coffee and a welcoming experience.
As a casual role, you'll travel between the Kensington cafe and the mobile van, with shifts on weekdays and occasional weekends. It combines disability support with hands‑on hospitality and customer service.
Cafe Disability Support Worker – Kensington and Mobile Coffee Van
The position
Cafe Disability Support Worker at the Kensington Café and Mobile Coffee Van you’ll provide high standards of support to our clients. Help people with disability build hospitality skills, confidence and independence through the Where Is My Coffee? Job Skills Program. You will coach and mentor participants during real customer service at our Kensington café and mobile coffee van, while delivering great coffee and a welcoming experience.
This casual role combines hands on disability support and hospitality. You will work at the Kensington café and travel with the coffee van to scheduled visits and events. Some van shifts are worked independently as the sole VMCH staff member. Shifts may include weekdays and occasional weekends.
