Job summary

Dukes Coffee Roasters in Melbourne is seeking a Coffee Roaster to join our roastery team. This role focuses on producing roasted coffee precisely according to our established methods, while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

You will work with the dispatch team, prepare green and roasted coffee, and assist with packaging and warehouse tasks. The position is open to applicants without direct roastery experience, with strong motivation to learn and grow in a fast-moving, regenerative organic

The role

Our roastery team is seeking aCoffee Roaster to facilitate the full coffee production process.

You will:

Efficiently and precisely produce roasted coffee according to established methods and best practices.

Work with the dispatch team to fulfil orders and work on time-critical tasks.

Prepare green coffee, roasted coffee and packaging materials.

Assist with other general warehouse and production tasks as needed.

Being a Junior role, it is open to applicants without direct prior roastery experience, a Barista or an individual with prior coffee industry experience and a strong wish to learn and expand their skill set are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate should possess the following:
