Tombo Den on Chapel Street is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join Lucas Collective's busy bar team in Windsor, Melbourne. You will shake cocktails, showcase spirits, and thrive in a lively setting, delivering outstanding service to guests.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Cocktail and spirit knowledge essential; wine knowledge advantageous.
• RSA certificate required; weekend, holiday, and late-night shifts expected.
• Drive for beverage service with exceptional presentation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Tombo Den is a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender who is proficient in cocktail shaking, spirits and thrives in a vibrant and bustling environment.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

• Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment


• Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge


• Wine knowledge advantageous


• Drive for beverage service
