Baby Pizza, part of Lucas Collective, in Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join the team. You’ll prepare equipment, stock and cocktails for service while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in a high-volume venue, strong knowledge of cocktails, and a flexible, can-do attitude. RSA certification is required, and you’ll operate in a rotating roster including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume venue.
• Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production.
• Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations.
• Adaptable and able to multi-task.
• Time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude.
• Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication.
• Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Must obtain valid RSA Certificate.

• Prepare equipment, station & stock for service
