Job summary

St Francis Catholic College Melton is seeking a Library Manager to lead the Cobblebank Campus library. The role focuses on fostering literacy, managing programs and resources, and supporting teaching and learning within a Catholic education context.

The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, collaboration and a commitment to student outcomes, with eligibility for Victorian teacher registration and a focus on safe, inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent.
• Commitment to Catholic education and the College ethos.
• Ability to implement differentiated learning and use contemporary technology to support student outcomes.
• Develop and maintain professional and caring relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• An eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Library at the Cobblebank Campus as a POL 2 library manager.
• Foster a vibrant reading culture, enhance literacy and research skills.
• Manage library programs and print/digital resources to support teaching and learning.
• Contribute to a collaborative professional culture across campuses.
