Job summary

Talent Propeller is seeking a Waste Services Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day delivery of waste and resource recovery services across the Nambucca Valley. You will coordinate with contractors, internal teams and the community to ensure services are delivered effectively and issues are resolved promptly.

This role covers kerbside waste contracts, recycling/organics operations, gatehouse and transfer stations, and compliance with Environmental Plans.

Qualifications

• Experience managing waste disposal facilities and infrastructure.
• Proven ability in project and contract management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with contractors and community.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of waste services.
• Oversee kerbside waste contracts and contractor performance.
• Ensure recycling and organics operations meet EPL requirements.
• Supervise gatehouse, transfer stations, and landfill activities.
• Promote recycling and education campaigns.
