Job summary

JS Finance Group Pty Ltd on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our brokers and clients through the lending journey. You will help with loan applications, document management, and coordinating broker schedules, while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Working directly with the Director and Senior Mortgage Broker, you will gain hands-on exposure to the mortgage process and have the potential to progress into a Mortgage Broker role.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking is required.
• Experience using ApplyOnline (AOL) and lodging home loan applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending, or financial services preferred but not essential.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients through proactive communication.
• Assist with loan applications processing, administration, and loan structuring support.
• Collect and manage client documentation and maintain accurate file records.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers, and clients throughout the application process.
• Manage appointments, calendars, and broker schedules.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the business.
• Prepare and submit loan applications through aggregator software and AOL.
• Support clients from application through to settlement with a focus on customer experience.
