HolidayCo Ettalong Beach is seeking a motivated Holiday Property Manager to join our Central Coast team. You will manage a portfolio of holiday homes, build relationships with owners and guests, and ensure properties are presented to a high standard.

Based in Ettalong Beach, you’ll coordinate guest arrivals, liaise with cleaners and suppliers, and help maximise bookings. A friendly, organised, locally minded attitude is essential to deliver outstanding service across NSW's coastal destinations.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property management, holiday accommodation, hotels, tourism or customer service would be highly regarded.
• Locally minded with knowledge of Ettalong Beach and Central Coast areas is advantageous.
• Friendly, confident and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with property owners
• Managing guest enquiries and delivering exceptional guest service
• Coordinating guest arrivals, departures and property requirements
• Conducting property inspections and presentation checks
• Liaising with cleaners, maintenance contractors and local suppliers
• Assisting with maintenance and resolving issues quickly
• Ensuring properties are presented to a high standard
• Helping maximise bookings, occupancy and returns for owners
• Assisting with bringing new holiday properties into the HolidayCo portfolio
• Working closely with reservations, marketing and wider HolidayCo team
