Synergie Australia partners with a well-established steel manufacturer in Minto, NSW, to recruit CNC laser and plasma machine operators for day shift. The role offers a stable, ongoing 40-hour week with an immediate start in a hands-on production environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with CNC laser/plasma, overhead cranes and forklifts, plus a strong work ethic and reliable transport to the site. Permanent employment is available for suitable applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC laser, plasma, or similar cutting machines.
• Current forklift licence.
• Experience operating overhead cranes.
• Ability to perform manual handling up to 20 kg.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser and plasma cutting machines to process steel products.
• Load, unload and position materials using overhead cranes.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain production standards.
• Perform manual handling up to 20 kg.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily targets.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
