Job summary

Ettalong Diggers is seeking a hands-on Club Supervisor to lead frontline teams across Gaming, Reception, Catering and Functions. You will work closely with the Duty Manager to deliver exceptional service and smooth day-to-day operations, promotions and events.

You may be an experienced supervisor or a rising leader in hospitality. The role requires rotating shifts, strong leadership and compliance with policies, including RSA/RCG/ARCG, First Aid, and CPR.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality, clubs, gaming or a customer service environment.
• Experience in Gaming operations and an understanding of gaming compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on approach and ability to lead by example.
• Confidence handling customer enquiries and resolving issues.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• Availability to work a rotating roster across seven days, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Current NSW RSA, RCG and ARCG Competency Card.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership across the Club's operational departments.
• Supervise, coach and support team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues or complaints where possible.
• Support membership enquiries, promotions, raffles and member activities.
• Monitor service standards, presentation and compliance requirements.
• Assist with cash handling and reconciliation processes.
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Assist with the delivery of promotions, events and peak trading periods.
• Promote safe work practices and a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with Club policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
