Ettalong Diggers is hiring casual Food, Beverage & Gaming Attendants to deliver high-quality service across gaming, reception, and hospitality areas. You will join a diverse team in a busy club environment, handling transactions, promotions, and events with a strong focus on customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or gaming experience, excellent communication, and a willingness to work across seven days, including evenings and holidays. NSW RSA/RCG compliance is required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in hospitality, clubs, gaming, customer service or food & beverage operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.

With 5 bars, multiple dining outlets, extensive gaming facilities, function and event spaces, live entertainment, courtesy shuttle services, and a diverse range of member experiences, no two days are the same.

About the Role:

• We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Operations Attendants to join our Operations team. As an Operations Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various areas of the Club, including Gaming, Reception, Food & Beverage, Promotions, General Duties and Functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality and customer service.

You will be responsible for providing friendly, professional service to members, guests and visitors while ensuring compliance with Club policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

In this role you will:

• Assist across multiple operational areas including Gaming, Reception, Bars, Catering, Promotions and Functions.

About You:

• Previous experience in hospitality, clubs, gaming, customer service or food and beverage operations. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Professional presentation and grooming standards.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to work across a variety of Club operational areas.
• Availability to work across seven days, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards. Advanced RCG (advantage)
