Mosman Park Bowling Club Incorporating Cottesloe Peppermint Grove Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across hospitality, staff, and facilities in a dynamic community club.

You will manage budgets, staff rosters and guest services while driving growth in events, functions and member experience. A proactive, service-driven leader with RSA and safety certifications is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a licensed hospitality venue or sporting club.
• Proven ability to lead, roster and develop staff.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills required.
• Sound budgeting, labour, purchasing and stock control expertise.
• Experience managing functions/events and coordinating venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across hospitality, administration, bowls and facilities.
• Recruit, lead and develop staff; foster a service-focused culture.
• Finalize rosters to meet operational needs and labour costs.
• Maintain visible front-of-house presence during peak times and events.
• Build relationships with members, volunteers, suppliers and partners.
• Ensure service standards and operational procedures are followed.
• Oversee bar and hospitality operations with high service standards.
• Coordinate with Functions and Administration for seamless events.
• Support growth of Mosman Bay River Room, barefoot bowls and events.
