Job summary

The Concord Community Club in Sydney's inner west seeks an experienced Club Manager to start immediately. You will lead high-volume restaurant and event space operations, delivering exceptional hospitality and building strong teams for large-scale events.

Reporting to the Club’s leadership, you will manage budgets, rostering and P&L, while ensuring compliance and risk management across all activities and maintaining strong community and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of NSW registered club management experience.
• Expertise in compliance and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage supplier partnerships and budgets.

Job description

A leading Community Club in Sydney's inner west seeks a highly experienced Club Manager for immediate start.

The Role

Proven track record in managing high-volume, fast paced restaurants and event spaces

Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with a focus on culturally rich venues delivering memorable hospitality experiences

Ability to positively build and lead large, high performing teams

Ability to effectively manage community and stakeholder engagement

Strong track record in hospitality operations, budget forecasting, rostering and P&L management

Ability to execute large scale events, delivering bespoke culinary and service excellence to exceed client expectations and maximise profitability.

Extensive Management experience in NSW registered clubs, holding RSA, RCG, ARCG, WSET and proven commercial skills.

Minimum 5+ years of NSW registered club management experience required

Expertise in compliance and risk management

Effectively manage supplier partnerships
