Job summary

Mollymook Beach Bowling Club, part of the St Johns Park Bowling Club Group, is seeking an experienced Club Manager to lead daily operations and drive service excellence on NSW’s South Coast.

The role requires hands-on leadership, rostering, staff development and strong compliance with RSA, Liquor and Gaming NSW, and WHS policies. You will work closely with Head Office to deliver projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in hospitality or community venues.
• Flexible rostering to meet trade demands.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Current RSA/RCG/ARCG certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of Mollymook Beach Bowling Club.
• Collaborate with Head Office in Sydney on guidance, projects and initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of Club Attendants and Supervisors to ensure high service standards.
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Group values.
• Identify staff training needs and implement development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, and Liquor and Gaming NSW requirements.
• Coordinate raffles and promotions and manage stock levels.
• Prepare weekly rosters in line with wage budgets and agreements.
• Provide reports to Group CEO as required.
• Build positive relationships with members and stakeholders.
