Job summary

Moama Bowling Club is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure safe and compliant entry, and uphold our high standard of customer service. You will lead and coach a team, manage rosters, respond to emergencies, and drive service, safety and staff development across day and night shifts on a 4-week rotation.

The role requires NSW RSA and RCG certificates and First Aid, with a friendly, professional presentation and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Certificate requirements: NSW RSA, NSW RCG and First Aid are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Club and ensure entry regulations are met.
• Manage rosters and allocate duties to ensure smooth shifts.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety across all areas.
• Coach and mentor staff to drive service and a positive workplace culture.
