Job summary

Campbelltown RSL is seeking a reliable and hands-on Cellar and Function Setup Attendant to join our team. This varied role supports cellar operations, beverage stock control and function setup.

The ideal candidate enjoys practical work, maintains high standards and works well both independently and within a team. A current RSA Competency Card is required, and previous cellar, stores or hospitality experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current RSA Competency Card.
• Experience in cellar, stores, hospitality or function work is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Moderate computer skills; SenPOS experience is an advantage.
• Ability to safely handle kegs, cartons, furniture and equipment.
• Reliable, flexible and comfortable in a physical role.
• Good communication with suppliers, contractors and team.
• Available Tuesday to Saturday with 7am start; monthly stocktake.
• Full-time or part-time opportunities; uniform and meal allowance.

Responsibilities

• Stock control and ordering with suppliers.
• Receive, store and rotate beverage stock including kegs.
• Maintain par levels and assist with monthly stocktakes.
• Clean beer lines and check cellar equipment, gas systems and cool rooms.
• Keep cellar and storage areas clean, organised and safe.
• Set up and pack down functions according to Banquet Event Orders.
• Safely move tables, chairs and equipment.
• Assist catering, management and other Club departments as required.

• Maintain par levels and assist with monthly stocktakes
• Clean beer lines and check cellar equipment, gas systems and cool rooms
• Keep cellar and storage areas clean, organised and safe
• Set up and pack down functions according to Banquet Event Orders
• Safely move tables, chairs and equipment
• Assist catering, management and other Club departments as required

About you
