Job summary

Booth And Partners Pte Ltd in Australia is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Support Specialist to provide proactive support for customer Microsoft Cloud environments, with a focus on Azure, M365 and D365.

You will analyse environments, propose improvements for performance, capacity and security, and collaborate with presales and sales to identify opportunities while upholding our values and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in IT outsourcing with Microsoft technologies.
• Familiar with Microsoft Premier Support escalations.
• Good customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer Microsoft Cloud environments, identify improvements (performance, capacity, event and security monitoring) and make recommendations.
• Contribute to develop and establish the Microsoft Services practices for Microsoft Cloud Services (Azure, M365 and D365).
• Collaborate with presales and sales to identify opportunities to offer additional value to customers.
• Assess and evaluate risk and understand implications of new technologies.
• Demonstrate strong communication with customers and team; ensure responses are clear and logical.
