Job summary

Redox is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain and improve our IT infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies. You will provide expert-level support and lead integration projects while ensuring security and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years of systems administration experience, hands-on with Windows Server, Hyper-V, AD, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune and FortiGate firewalls, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years’ experience as a Systems Administrator.
Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies including Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams and Azure Arc.

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premise.
Analyze, design, implement, and manage software integrations with Azure, M365 and related tech.
Plan and manage system upgrades with minimal disruption and maximum improvement.
Maintain the Microsoft Hyper-V server environment and address issues proactively.
Monitor network health and all devices for reliability and security.
Configure DNS, routers, switches and implement FortiGate firewall policies.
Maintain Exchange Online, Active Directory, Group Policy and DFS.
Support VoIP with troubleshooting and reliability improvements.
