Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our corporate and operational technology teams in Australia. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, integration and ongoing support, acting as the primary escalation point for Help Desk incidents.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune and VMware, plus proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues at levels 2 and 3. Australian citizenship with NV1 clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• This role is ideal for a candidate with proven experience in troubleshooting complex application and system issues at Levels 2 and 3.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune and VMWare.
• Previous experience supporting Operational Technology Environments is a bonus!
• Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, networks and technology tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Manage network servers, workstations, and infrastructure for efficiency and reliability.
• Implement upgrades, patches and new releases while developing technical documentation and IT policies.
• Train, mentor and support staff in adopting new technologies and best practices.
• Provide cultural leadership and take on additional duties as required.
